Expand The Box sets the lay of the land: the distinctions and their thoughtmaps, needed to dive into the next layers of work: the Possibility Village Labs.

Starting at 9 in the morning and ending at 10 in the evening, for 5 days, you will join a crew of explorers (between 20 and 50 participants), to question and consider what we are up against when longing to living full out.

For five days, you become a member of the Possibility Village that will go on an evolutionary journey to discover distinctions that heal emotional traumas, practice skills for day-to-day interactions and gather new tools to deliver your service to your own village back home (whether it is a community, a project, a nanonation, a business, or a team) with more effectiveness, art and precision.

The proposal is to commit to participate in 10 Possibility Labs over 2 to 6 years before you know how, or when it will happen. Commit first. Consider this to be a University program to enter and stabilize yourself into the adult ego state, the gateway for the archetypal levels. Possibility Labs provides you with practical distinctions, tools, skills and initiations that are necessary for edgeworkers facing into the state of affairs of the world.

Participation in an Expand The Box is required prior to a Possibility Lab as it provides the necessary distinctions and matrix.

The Evolutionaries are those who provide healing, transform conflict, and build the thing in people that allows them to inhabit their potential. If you long for deeper understanding and skill-building practices in the transformational arts, Clinton Callahan and I set yearly aside 5 days specifically for this.

What else can happen after one says, “Hello,” to another? Presence and intimacy can only happen now.

Who do you need to be to be more present in this now? How can two people journey there together? How does intimacy depend on being centered, being radically responsible, and being connected to reality? What to do with numbness, fears, and blocks? What if old wounds or traumas are triggered… what if insecurities and grief or fears arise… Can these finally be healed and give way to deeper connections? Can Intimacy Journeyer skills create more resilient and dynamic Beings with a capacity for more presence together?

You are a gameworld builder if anywhere you go you see what works and what doesn't work in other people's projects or communities and you find solutions to improve what doesn't.

You are a gameworld builder if you are longing for new playground to play in that have not been built yet.

You are a gameworld builder if everywhere you go you bring people together to chew on ideas and solutions about your or their next projects.

You are a gameworld builder if you want to provide structural change to how things are.

You are a gameworld builder if you have a project that has been cooking under your wing for a while and is waiting to come out in the world to provide service for others.

This program is the Gameworld Builders Academy. From years of experimentation and experience creating, playing in and destroying gameworlds, we have distilled core distinctions, skills and tools that gameworld builders need to manifest their vision into reality. Each of the four lineages has a different task to provide the village. Gameworld Builders are the ones creating the spaces (projects, community, teams, camps,...) where the other three lineages can play full out.

The Trainer Practice Lab is a professional upgrade program for fresh trainers and facilitators delivering transformational work using Possibility Management tools, thoughtmaps, distinctions and processes.

During 4 to 5 days, we go to the edge of our personal and trainer Boxes to enter Archetypal spaces in which we shift identity and take a stand for the stand that we take, for the services we provide to the village.

Most Gameworlds do not know that they are a Gameworld. They do not know their context, thoughtwares, distinctions or rules of engagements they are using.

Most Gameworlds do not know that they have been created with a mixed context so that instead of feeling a sense of community around the table, the members feel more apart than ever.
