Archiarchy is Next Culture.

The culture that naturally emerges after Matriarchy and Patriarchy have run their course.

Cultural Relativity

A first grader should understand that his or her culture isn’t a rational invention; that there are thousands of other cultures and they all work pretty well; that all cultures function on faith rather than truth; that there are lots of alternatives to our own society. Cultural relativity is defensible and attractive. It’s also a source of hope. It means we don’t have to continue this way if we don’t like it.
— Kurt Vonnegut

I have often been shocked to discover that when offering to someone the possibility of inventing their own culture, their reactions are more often laughter of dismissal or claims of impossibility than a genuine interest in developing that skill.

It may be due to the fact that the distinction of ‘Cultural Relativity’ was only made available in 1963 by Kurt Vonnegut in his novel Cat’s Cradle.

Still 60 years later, most human beings strangely behave as if which ever culture they were born into is true and immovable. As if, only gods were given the right to determine culture.

It seems that, more often, the reason for a lack of Cultural Creativity is fear. We learn to fear ‘what the neighbors think’, and fear ‘to be punished for being different or asking too many questions’, or fear ‘to not know and fail’.

Cultural myopia creates very real and obvious results that we witness everyday around us: wars, numbness, fears of others and nature, control and domination.

This is where our own discovery journey of Archiarchy starts: we did not like how it was going, so we decided to take responsibility to invent a new way it would go.

If you read this, you might be ready to do the same!

What is Archiarchy?

Archiarchy is a distinction.

Archiarchy creates a differentiation between modern civilization and  Archan culture.

Archiarchy are regenerative human cultures, contexted in radical responsibility, authentic adulthood initiations, creative collaboration and nonmaterial value (see below for more information).

In Archiarchy, you get to grow up by shedding off the wounds and strategies of your childhood so as to enter an authentic adult relationship with the world.

Entering adulthood is not reserved for the adepts of personal development, it is a necessary and joyous responsibility for the continuation of the cohabitation of human beings and life-giving planetary ecosystems.

Many would agree that humanity - and the entire web of life - are in a collective moment of great peril. Whether this moment is one of extinction or one of initiation remains to be seen.

— Ian Mackenzie

Archiarchy is an open door to grow out of homo sapiens - the one who knows - and become homo evolutio - the one who evolves. The ones who get off their own righteousness and through radical relating unleashed the power of group intelligence to source seemingly impossible new ways of Being and Creating.

Every aspect of modern civilization needs to be reinvented or invented. You are the key for aspects of Archiarchy that regenerative cultures emerging on planet Earth need.

The cultural challenge that humanity is facing is an exciting one.

Thousands of people around the world are going through Archan initiations to discover the power they have to reshape their relationship with themselves, their partner, children, colleagues. They surprise themselves when coming up with entire new professions. They ecstatically weave themselves in a global village that commits to each others’ stand.

When Archan come together, it is laughter of joy, tears of sadness, howls of rage and bodies shaking from the intensity of conscious fear that inform us how to navigate towards more connection, love, possibility, creation, and life.

Where to begin?

Context & Value of Archiarchy

  • Responsibility is the practical reflection of a level of consciousness. Radical responsibility is the ability to take responsibility for the level of awareness being taken in a space. In other words, it means “What is, is.” and “It is impossible to be a victim, unless you decide to be a victim.”
The cultures of Archiarchy are contexted in radical responsibility.

  • An initiation is an experience after which you can take more responsibility, in reality. In other words, you can distinguish, notice choose, declare and ask things that you previously could not.
In Archiarchy, there is no end to the path of Initiation, therefore no state of enlightenment. The purpose of

  • Archiarchy is a culture of creative collaboration between the authentically initiated Feminine and the authentically initiated Masculine. Creative collaboration makes use of archetypal forces such as the Unknown, the Nothingness, the Everythingness, and Bright Principles such as Possibility, Love, Clarity to improvise new ways of Being that create Winning Happening for Earth, humans, non-humans and future generations.
Initiations are required to upgrade our nervous system to being a space through which something greater than ourselves can do their work in the world.

  • Archiarchy is centered on nonmaterial value. It contrast with material value centered cultures that place at the center of their interaction things such as money, power, success, fame.
Each Archan culture decide which nonmaterial value are central to their well-being such as Love, Community, Healing, Transformation, Initiation, Presence, Elegance, Discernment,…
Those nonmaterial value are also the services that Archans (people who live in Archiarchy) exchange with others.
Nonmaterial values are the currencies of Archiarchy.

  • What makes a culture is the thoughtware used by its inhabitants. Thoughtware is ‘what you use to think with’. It is your operating system. How many classes in upgrading your own personal OS did you go to? Probably none. If you upgraded your thoughtware, you would exit your current culture, and start a new one. Archiarchy thrives becomes its inhabitant use Archan Thoughtware. Attention! A Thoughtware Upgrade is almost irreversible. Keep studying at your own risk.
