Archan initiations are not indigenous. Indigenous initiations relocate your point-of-origin from your mother/parents into a certain set of defined traditions.
Archan initiations relocate your point-of-origin from your mother/parents into your own center.
This makes you radically responsible for the choices you make (and not the traditions). Archan initiations are experiential and experimental processes distilled in the past 45 years by researchers at the edge of known human possibilities.

Trainers, not Teachers.

Archan Initiations are held by Trainers, not Teachers. There are no Teachers in Archiarchy because a Teacher implies a hierarchy. Archiarchy functions in circles of circles (toroids).

A Possibility Management Trainer goes through a minimum of 2 years of Phoenix process to become the space through which the archetypal forces of Initiation, Love, Possibility, Clarity can do their work in Expand The Box Trainings and Possibility Labs.

Matrix, not Enlightenment

Archan Initiations are massively matrix building experiences. Matrix is the structure which catches consciousness. The denser your Matrix is, the more aware you become, the more responsibility you can take. Archan Initiations build capacity to take authentic radical responsibility for things such as your thoughtware, your feelings, your Gremlin, your culture, your destiny. On the other hand, a certain quality of matrix is necessary to ‘hold’ Archan Initiations, therefore Possibility Management focuses on matrix building practices.

Authentic adulthood initiations are intense experiences. They require preparations. Childhood could have been about these preparations. For most of us, childhood was spend in school that not only does not prepare us for initiations, but hinder many of our natural capacities.

Preparations for adulthood initiations requires the ability to consciously feel the four feelings of Anger, Sadness, Fear and Joy. Most of your first steps in the context of Archiarchy and Possibility Management starts with learning how to consciously feel. For this, we recommend reading Conscious Feelings by Clinton Callahan, joining Rage Club and Fear Club, and participating in Heart Gym and Basic Inner Navigation Skill practices.
